Define CX and design vision, offerings, and POVs for Travel & Hospitality. Build industry-specific solutions and apply expertise in regulated or operationally complex environments (airlines, aviation, payments). Maintain UX/HCI certifications and drive practice and strategy for CX initiatives.

The Dynamics 365 Developer will develop and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, focusing on customer service functionalities and integrations with Azure services.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java/Spring Boot modules. Provide technical leadership and mentorship. Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and AWS services. Apply strong data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software engineering best practices including unit testing and CI/CD.
