Own end-to-end UI/UX design for conversion-focused websites, enterprise dashboards, internal tools, and campaign journeys. Build and maintain scalable design systems, use AI-assisted prototyping, conduct user research and A/B testing, and optimize conversion paths through analytics. Create sales and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, while collaborating with leadership, international stakeholders, and front-end engineers to deliver designs from Figma to implementation.

Designs and drafts civil land surveying projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson Survey. Produces boundary, topographic, ALTA, as-built, and point cloud plans for residential and commercial projects. Ensures designs meet client requirements, codes, and standards; manages project delivery timelines; provides technical support to graduate engineers; and conducts client meetings. Requires working a night shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.

Designs structural components for residential and commercial structures, including multifamily framing, beams, shear walls, foundations, lateral systems, and steel drawings. Performs load calculations, finalizes frame sizes, ensures compliance with client requirements and applicable codes, prepares engineering plans and documentation, manages project delivery, and conducts client meetings. Requires U.S. structural design experience and proficiency with Advance Steel and AutoCAD.
