Develops 2D and 3D MEP models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with architectural and structural disciplines, performs HVAC calculations and clash detection in Navisworks, and conducts QA/QC. Maintains BIM standards, parametric families, worksets, technical documentation, project reports, and delivery schedules while supporting process improvement and client requirements.

Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, HR documentation, personnel records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, employee exits, background verification, and employment screening. Maintain accurate HRMS data, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, resolve payroll and employee queries, conduct audits, and ensure timely completion of onboarding and separation processes while protecting confidential employee information.

Lead MEP engineering and a small team while creating and coordinating 2D/3D mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models in Revit and AutoCAD. Develop HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, duct, pipe, riser, and electrical documentation; perform calculations, clash detection, QA/QC, BIM coordination, and Revit family creation. Manage project reporting, documentation, timelines, and cross-discipline collaboration using Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
