Design and develop high-quality eLearning solutions: conduct needs analysis, write objectives, storyboard and build modules in Storyline/Rise, apply instructional frameworks, run QA and accessibility checks, collaborate with SMEs, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content development and iteration.

Execute manual and basic automated QA for eLearning (WBT, ILT, mobile). Validate SCORM/AICC and accessibility (WCAG/Section 508), test across LMSs, log defects in Jira, and support accessibility compliance.

Produce instructional videos, build Storyline/Rise templates, create immersive 360°/AR/VR-ready content, apply WCAG accessibility, use AI and avatar tools, and convert storyboards into polished learner experiences.

Entry-level learning designer trainee who will complete a 200+ hour bootcamp to research, define learning objectives, design AI-augmented and adaptive learning assets, storyboard eLearning and microlearning, collaborate with production teams, and use Gen AI and authoring tools to create assessments, simulations, chatbots, and other learning resources.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a 5-month eLearning and video development project: build and manage Microsoft Project schedules, define scope and milestones, coordinate instructional design/SME/media/QA teams, manage risks and resources, provide status reports, and act as primary client contact through project closure.
