Design and develop leadership and professional skills learning programs (ILT, vILT, blended). Create facilitator guides, storyboards, participant materials, simulations, and eLearning modules using Storyline, Rise, and Vyond. Partner with SMEs, incorporate feedback, maintain quality, and manage multiple deliverables to drive behavior change.

Lead discovery and solution design for manufacturing learning initiatives, advise stakeholders, translate needs into scalable learning solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams (design, LMS, delivery, communications), manage risks and dependencies, and support rollout and learner engagement across global programs.

The Learning Experience Designer will create engaging digital learning solutions by developing storyboards and eLearning modules while collaborating with teams to ensure quality and effectiveness.
