The Learning Experience Designer will create engaging digital learning solutions by developing storyboards and eLearning modules while collaborating with teams to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Turn briefs and source material into storyboards, eLearning modules, and video scripts. Build and test modules in Storyline or Rise, use AI to draft content, incorporate reviewer feedback, and document changes. Participate in kickoffs and client reviews with senior team members.

Design and build end-to-end learning solutions, including eLearning, microlearning, blended programs, simulations, and performance support. Mentor instructional designers, review deliverables, manage workloads, conduct learning and job-task analysis, advise on learning strategy, and ensure quality. The role also involves using authoring tools and generative AI, partnering with subject matter experts, contributing to proposals, and improving internal design practices.

Develop and maintain production SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Build custom web parts, extensions, and adaptive card extensions; automate processes with Power Automate and Power Apps; integrate Microsoft 365 and external systems through REST APIs and Microsoft Graph; manage provisioning with PnP tools; support Azure DevOps CI/CD; and troubleshoot production issues.

Develop engaging e-learning courses using Storyline and other tools, ensuring accessibility and collaborating with designers and SMEs.

Perform manual and basic automated end-to-end testing of eLearning (WBT, ILT, mobile). Validate SCORM/AICC compliance, accessibility (WCAG/Section 508), LMS compatibility, log defects in Jira, and support accessibility testing to ensure quality and usability.

Lead creative direction for digital learning and immersive media, designing UI/UX, motion, illustrations and interactive assets. Mentor designers, run client workshops, scope solutions, and apply AI and immersive technologies while ensuring accessibility, brand consistency, and LMS standards.
