Design and develop high-quality eLearning solutions: conduct needs analysis, write objectives, storyboard and build modules in Storyline/Rise, apply instructional frameworks, run QA and accessibility checks, collaborate with SMEs, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content development and iteration.

Execute manual and basic automated QA for eLearning (WBT, ILT, mobile). Validate SCORM/AICC and accessibility (WCAG/Section 508), test across LMSs, log defects in Jira, and support accessibility compliance.

Design visual and interactive assets for eLearning (WBTs, ILTs, simulations, microlearning). Produce instructional videos, build Storyline/Rise templates, create immersive 360°/AR/VR-ready content, apply WCAG accessibility, use AI and avatar tools, and convert storyboards into polished learner experiences.
