Architect Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, activation, governance, privacy compliance, and DevOps. Define integrations across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Kafka, cloud storage, data platforms, and downstream channels. Establish security, consent, retention, monitoring, disaster recovery, and implementation strategies while leading architecture reviews, stakeholder alignment, technical governance, and mentoring.

Develop and customize Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Apply AI development tools, specifically Agentforce or Claude coding, to Salesforce implementations. All listed technical skills are mandatory. This is a remote contract role with a 2 PM to 11 PM shift.

Responsibilities include product catalog management, pricing, guided selling, quote and contract management, order management, billing, subscriptions, revenue recognition, and amendments or renewals. The role requires configuring CML, PRC, TLE, OmniStudio, Salesforce Flows, declarative Salesforce components, and API-first integrations within Lightning Experience.

Architect and lead scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, approvals, subscriptions, renewals, contracts, integrations, and data migration. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, administrators, developers, and project managers. Establish governance, coding and configuration standards, conduct design and code reviews, validate quality, lead workshops and training, and maintain a roadmap for platform enhancements and technical debt reduction.

Designs, configures, deploys, and optimizes Salesforce Agentforce AI agents integrated with Data Cloud. Develops Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, prompt templates, AI model integrations, and RAG solutions. Troubleshoots Salesforce and Agentforce issues, monitors AI performance, documents solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, and mentors junior developers.

Designs enterprise Salesforce Agentforce and AI architectures across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud. Leads autonomous agent configuration, prompt engineering, grounding, guardrails, integrations, security, governance, observability, and production readiness. Architects Apex, LWC, Flow, API-led, and event-driven solutions; mentors developers, reviews DevOps and deployment strategies, conducts stakeholder workshops, and drives technical risk mitigation.

Configure, troubleshoot, and stabilize Salesforce SPIFF incentive-compensation solutions, including plans, crediting rules, quota groups, statements, approvals, payouts, and attainment calculations. Reconcile payouts against source and legacy data, manage releases and data reloads, resolve Salesforce cases, support UAT and production cutover, document configuration patterns, and cross-train backups.

Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture and DevOps delivery across multiple organizations. Design secure, scalable architectures; implement CI/CD pipelines; automate deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production; manage Git branching, release governance, environments, metadata dependencies, testing, and rollback strategies. Provide technical leadership, architecture and code reviews, stakeholder collaboration, mentoring, and DevSecOps guidance while supporting enterprise integrations and high-quality Salesforce releases.

Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, business rules, manuals, and training materials. The role manages multiple Salesforce implementation projects, supports stakeholder and client relationships, delivers presentations, and works across Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Required expertise includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce platform fundamentals, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Define data models, effective dating, validation, reconciliation, release strategies, documentation, and runbooks while mentoring teams and reducing reliance on external Salesforce Professional Services.

Remote Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for business analysis, process flow diagram creation, data management, and Excel-based work. Salesforce and SAP experience are advantageous but not mandatory. The role requires immediate availability and involves a two-stage interview process, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.

Performs automated QA testing for Salesforce using Provar, including building and maintaining test suites, regression, integration, smoke, end-to-end, API, and data-driven testing. Executes tests with Apache Ant, manages Git repositories, supports CI/CD, and validates Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality. The role also requires troubleshooting, debugging, release and deployment knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, strong communication skills, and Provar certification.

Designs and leads enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, integrations, data models, customer journeys, personalization, security, governance, and deployment strategies. The role produces architecture documentation, guides development teams, conducts design reviews, mentors developers, and collaborates with stakeholders, product owners, QA, DevOps, and enterprise architects.
