Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate and agency clients using Microsoft Ads. Build trusted customer relationships, oversee campaign execution, drive budget upsells and optimizations, educate clients on platform capabilities, resolve escalations, support revenue targets, and coordinate with internal account teams. The role requires search advertising expertise, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, presentation skills, adaptability, and customer-focused account management.
