Responsible for managing 24/7 data center operations, troubleshooting routing, switching, and firewall environments, while ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.

Provide on-site data center technical support: rack and install servers, storage, and network hardware; perform cabling and asset tagging; follow remote engineers' instructions for troubleshooting, power-cycling, and component swaps; maintain records and ensure compliance with safety and access protocols.
