Provide 24x7 L1 monitoring and basic administration for datacenter and cloud servers (Linux/Windows). Troubleshoot incidents, perform user/access management, reboot/services, verify backups, maintain SOPs and tickets, escalate to L2, and support scheduled maintenance and reporting.

Maintains and optimizes global network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, switches, and load balancers. Troubleshoots outages and escalations, manages carrier maintenance, performs monitoring and software upgrades, and supports DNS, DHCP, email systems, documentation, and continuous operations through on-call coverage. Requires enterprise networking expertise, experience with mixed-vendor infrastructures and multi-platform environments, and strong troubleshooting and traffic analysis capabilities.

Leads global procurement strategy for Business Process Outsourcing and Technology Services. Manages end-to-end sourcing projects, RFx processes, MSA and SOW negotiations, spend optimization, supplier performance, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, compliance, and data privacy requirements. Partners with global business, technology, operations, legal, risk, and executive teams to build strategic vendor relationships and deliver favorable commercial outcomes.
