Manage strategic enterprise accounts for data center solutions, driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling colocation, cloud, managed services, and connectivity. Partner with executives, solution architects, sales, and operations teams to design solutions, close complex multimillion-dollar contracts, manage escalations, mitigate risks, maintain compliance, and ensure long-term customer retention.

Leads end-to-end acquisition of strategic data center sites, including site identification, due diligence, utility and power assessment, commercial negotiations, site-control agreements, governance, approvals, and transaction closure. Partners with legal, finance, engineering, utilities, brokers, landowners, and government authorities to secure expansion-ready sites and manage commercial, regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder risks.

Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and revenue by building CXO relationships, managing complex multi-year sales cycles, developing account and market strategies, maintaining a healthy pipeline, responding to RFPs, negotiating deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver solutions for manufacturing and conglomerate clients.
