Develops, tests, installs, and supports business systems, primarily SAP, CIDEON, Azure, and JDoc. Responsibilities include configuring systems, testing data and integrations, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting conversion workflows and error logs, supporting IT teams, training users, managing project updates, and driving process improvements. The role also requires advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills for production documentation support.

Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay workflows, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, three-way invoice matching, and exception resolution. Manage procurement and supplier master data, catalogs, spot buying, tactical sourcing, and P2P helpdesk operations. Track KPIs, resolve stakeholder issues, maintain data quality, and partner with IT and ERP teams to implement automation and continuous process improvements.

Leads mechanical and thermal integration for manufacturing facilities and data center liquid-cooling infrastructure. Designs cooling plants, hydronic networks, liquid-cooling loops, and associated components; defines performance, redundancy, and operational requirements; reviews CAD designs and BOMs; oversees thermal, hydraulic, mechanical, and pressure testing; drives manufacturability and assembly improvements; manages OEM and fabrication partners; and supports deployment, commissioning, and issue resolution.
