Lead the technical design, configuration, scripting, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM solutions for external customers. Configure ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB applications; develop tables, forms, access controls, workflows, automations, data imports, and custom JavaScript solutions. Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, CMDB, IRE, and cloud governance. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems including Active Directory, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Jira.

Leads ServiceNow technical execution across ITSM, enterprise service management, CMDB, portals, and custom applications. Designs workflows, catalog items, integrations, scripts, and automated testing; performs upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, data loads, reporting, and L3 support. Collaborates with stakeholders in Agile sprints, conducts code reviews, provides technical direction, and mentors developers.
