Develops short-form microlearning videos for business and professional skills. Responsibilities include researching topics, writing scripts, creating storyboards, developing scenarios and assessments, using generative AI, collaborating with production teams, reviewing videos for quality and accuracy, and managing multiple lessons through completion. The role requires strong instructional design, writing, research, visual storytelling, editorial judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Design marketing collateral across digital, print, social media, presentations, events, landing pages, and campaigns. Adapt assets across formats and languages while maintaining brand consistency. Build and troubleshoot HubSpot landing page sections using HTML and CSS, and apply AI-assisted design and coding workflows. Collaborate with marketing, brand, events, sales, and studio teams while managing multiple projects, incorporating feedback, and delivering high-quality, print-ready and digital assets on schedule.

Leads the design and execution of talent and organizational development programs, including career architecture, workshops, leadership principles, manager training, succession planning, talent reviews, recognition, and employee development initiatives. Partners with leaders and HR to identify capability gaps, build solutions, manage programs from concept through implementation, and measure outcomes using data.
