Design and implement scalable data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics infrastructure, and backend services. Serve as the team’s data technical expert, advise product and development teams on instrumentation and reporting, establish governance and access controls, and document architecture and data definitions. Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack web applications and distributed systems, guiding engineering teams and ensuring best practices in software development.

Lead development of foundational platform services, including identity, authorization, search, and API infrastructure. Design scalable architectures, optimize database performance, build internal developer tools, improve observability and frontend reliability, and collaborate with product teams. The role includes writing tested code, conducting reviews, documenting platform capabilities, supporting internal users, and evaluating or integrating AI-assisted development and LLM-powered systems.

Build and operate enterprise integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, contract management, NetSuite, Workato, and cloud data warehouses. Develop event-driven billing automation, MCP servers for internal AI agents, governed APIs, monitoring, security controls, and audit-ready integration processes. Own reliability, incident response, documentation, and on-call coverage while supporting the Lead-to-Cash transformation and other company-wide systems programs.

Own production dbt models and semantic-layer definitions for revenue metrics, including ARR, CARR, bookings, backlog, and churn. Translate Finance and business requirements into technical data specifications, reconcile metrics with NetSuite and financial close, build certified dashboards and AI-assisted reporting, and establish governance, testing, lineage, access controls, and measurement for the Lead-to-Cash program.

Support fund accounting operations including daily transaction processing, NAV calculation, reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance documentation, and process improvements for assigned funds. Ensure accurate recording of transactions, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with teammates to streamline workflows.

Owns data quality and reliability for data engineering projects by defining testing strategies, building scalable automation frameworks, validating pipelines and analytical platforms, and managing release readiness. The role covers backend and pipeline testing, data integrity, ETL/ELT validation, AI-augmented test development, governance, code reviews, and reducing manual testing. It requires close collaboration with data engineering, product, and data science teams.
