Lead a squad building a next-generation fundraising platform: own architecture and roadmap, drive monolith-to-service transition, embed AI-native tooling, mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence, hire and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable one-click subscription and onboarding workflows.

The Technical Lead will design and implement advanced AI systems, lead a team, drive the development of AI features, and ensure robust model performance through evaluations and optimizations.

Support fund accounting operations including transaction processing, NAV calculation, reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance documentation, and process improvements for assigned CRE/PE funds. Investigate discrepancies, assist with investor and regulatory reports, and collaborate with team members to streamline workflows.
