Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for support roles, including sourcing, screening, HR assessments, interview coordination, stakeholder collaboration, candidate experience, ATS maintenance, and recruiting metrics. The contract role requires fast execution, strong pipeline development, bulk hiring experience, and consistent delivery against hiring targets and timelines.

Design and build production AI-powered analytics: conversational interfaces, LLM agents, semantic data models, and scalable data pipelines. Partner with Product and Engineering to deploy RAG/MCP-based solutions, integrate AI with enterprise data and cloud platforms, mentor teams, and promote Responsible AI practices to improve decision-making and automation across the company.
