Build interview frameworks, scorecards, employer brand, talent pipelines, and hiring metrics to scale the engineering organization.

Lead development of agentic AI products by translating LLM/agent concepts into production workflows, driving roadmap and execution, working closely with engineers and data scientists, prioritizing features, and incorporating customer insights to ship high-quality, production-ready AI systems.
