Partners with engineering, product, and business leaders on roadmaps and architecture decisions, leads cross-team initiatives, reduces technical debt, advances operational maturity, mentors senior engineers, and supports technical due diligence.

Build and maintain large-scale automated testing frameworks for endpoint agents and device management workflows across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms. Develop functional, integration, regression, performance, resiliency, and system-level tests; validate OS integrations, security, stability, and recovery scenarios; troubleshoot defects; analyze logs and telemetry; reproduce customer issues; and use AI-assisted tools to expand test coverage and automation quality.

Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for endpoint management agents across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms. Develop functional, integration, regression, performance, resiliency, and system-level tests for device management workflows, OS integrations, recovery scenarios, and security capabilities. Troubleshoot complex defects, analyze logs and telemetry, reproduce customer issues, partner on root-cause analysis, and use AI-assisted development tools to expand test coverage and improve engineering productivity.

Build and maintain large-scale automated testing frameworks, libraries, infrastructure, and test suites for enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, services, and distributed systems. Design and build low-level Linux security infrastructure for sidecar architecture, including process isolation, sandboxing, namespace enforcement, transparent TCP proxying, credential protection, audit ledgers, workload identity, and secure startup sequencing. Evaluate gVisor, micro VMs, WASM, and Unix socket isolation approaches for multi-tenant automation workloads. Work close to the operating system across networking, memory management, process lifecycle, and privilege separation, using Go, Rust, or C/C++.

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software for enterprise SaaS platforms. Build services, APIs, integrations, and platform components while contributing to technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, performance, reliability, automation, observability, CI/CD, and DevOps improvements. Collaborate across product and engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical progress and trade-offs.

Provide senior technical leadership for enterprise SaaS and hybrid platforms: define architecture and standards for security, scalability, reliability, and observability; design distributed systems and agent-based solutions; mentor senior engineers; drive technical strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment; review architecture and code and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable SaaS platform features and services. Participate in design and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability/security, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across product, QA, and operations.

Lead architecture and technical design for enterprise SaaS and hybrid platforms. Lead end-to-end execution of large, cross-product technical programs. Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery for platform integrations, modernization, reliability, and enterprise launches. Partner with architects and engineering leaders on architecture and integration strategy. Provide executive communication on program health, drive decision-making across stakeholders, and establish scalable program frameworks and tooling. Mentor TPMs and improve planning, dependency management, and delivery predictability.
