Troubleshoot complex endpoint defects, analyze logs and telemetry, reproduce customer issues, and partner with engineering and support on root-cause analysis. Use AI-assisted development tools to expand test coverage and maintain automation assets.

Leads SDET and automation engineering teams, defines quality strategy and test architecture, and expands automated validation for endpoint management and enterprise SaaS platforms. Oversees functional, integration, regression, performance, resiliency, and system testing across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile environments. Drives CI/CD, release quality, root-cause analysis, AI-assisted testing, talent development, and cross-functional engineering quality initiatives.
