Lead employee and labor relations for India, advising on collective bargaining, union matters, investigations, performance management, RIFs, vendor/co-employment issues, and compliance. Develop line leader capability, drive disciplinary committee decisions, implement ERLR SOPs and improvements, and manage an employee relations specialist across manufacturing sites and GCC stakeholders.

Lead commercial excellence for North & East India cluster by providing data and analytics support, building growth strategies (brand, channel, distribution), planning BTL and trade promotion activities, and executing retail/wholesale programs in collaboration with sales, trade, and brand teams to drive revenue, distribution and market share.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data products, warehouses, and pipelines. Collaborate with data science, analytics and product teams to deliver ETL/ELT solutions, cloud-based architectures, and data models. Lead migrations, troubleshoot systems, implement data mesh concepts, apply AI/GenAI for automation, and participate in governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication to drive business value.
