Evaluates demand and prepares forecasts for business units or product lines. Collaborates with marketing, sales, finance, procurement, and operations to improve supply-demand alignment, forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply chain visibility. Develops dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scorecards; leads forecast review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives; ensures data integrity and compliance; and explores technologies such as IoT and blockchain to improve transparency and agility.

Leads APAC financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cash flow analysis. Performs variance analysis, translates results into leadership insights, improves reporting through automation, maintains financial data accuracy, supports strategic projects, and coaches junior team members.

Leads technical and process improvements for liquid production, including machine commissioning, efficiency optimization, changeover and waste reduction, process validation, troubleshooting, production data analysis, SPC support, SOP development, and cost improvement projects. Partners with project engineering and production teams to implement new products, improve workflows, reduce idle time, and maintain machine performance against product specifications.
