Manages strategic relationships with national and key accounts, develops sales and account plans, negotiates contracts, forecasts sales, analyzes market opportunities, and drives revenue growth. The role coordinates with internal teams on service delivery, marketing, merchandising, inventory, and customer satisfaction. It also identifies upselling opportunities, monitors risks and competition, presents tailored proposals, and advocates for client needs.

Lead employee and labor relations for India, advising leaders on complex ER matters, union engagement, grievance and workplace investigations, performance management, RIFs/re-orgs, compliance with Indian employment law, and building ER capability across GCC and manufacturing sites.

Manage daily deductions and dispute resolution within Invoice-to-Cash: identify customer deductions, collect documentation, perform root-cause analysis, process adjustments/write-offs, ensure SLA adherence, support automation performance, and provide reporting and analytics.
