Performs month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, operational P&L analysis, inventory accounting, budgeting support, audit preparation, and financial issue resolution. The role also conducts variance and inventory analyses, supports treasury hedging information requests, liaises with business partners, reviews third-party work, and participates in process improvement initiatives.

The FinOps Analyst manages month-end and financial-period close activities, ensuring accurate actuals, balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, compliance, and SOX controls. The role supports audits, monitors KPIs, identifies process improvements, maintains global accounting procedures, trains new employees, and collaborates with finance operations teams and process SMEs. Responsibilities also include continuous improvement, documentation, cross-regional alignment, and adapting to accounting requirements and technologies.

Supports compliant international trade operations, including import, export, and transit activities; customs documentation; broker and logistics coordination; cross-border movement of materials and finished goods; ERP data maintenance; execution monitoring; issue escalation; service-provider oversight; stakeholder support; and process improvement. The role requires accurate, timely execution within trade compliance procedures and governance frameworks.
