Teams at Kenvue

Responsible for in-pharmacy scientific detailing and merchandising for Kenvue Selfcare OTC brands in Seoul metro. Conduct HCP seminars, develop scientific detailing content, support academic events and Perfect Pharmacy execution to increase HCP engagement and product recommendations.

Provide frontline employee support across phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot and escalate HR/payroll issues; promote self-service; deliver training and QA; contribute to process improvements, knowledge base, workforce management reporting, and contact center operations.

Lead territory sales for FMCG products: manage distribution, sales reps, and RDS; acquire and grow customers; negotiate and close orders; report performance and market intelligence; meet sales targets and execute territory coverage plans.
