Lead cost accounting and variance analysis for supply and operations functions. Own cost/distribution analysis using SAP and Excel, deliver insights, support stakeholders, and drive change across global cross-functional teams.

Execute accurate payroll processing for assigned countries, including transactions, reconciliations, time and attendance, audits, garnishments, treasury activities, and employee support. Resolve payroll inquiries, manage tickets and escalations, coordinate with vendors, maintain compliance and data integrity, and support process improvements, training, and payroll-related projects in a global shared-services environment.

Leads end-to-end freight accounting operations, including clearing, accruals, reconciliations, invoice-to-accrual matching, and SAP postings. Oversees period close, SOX controls, audit support, SLA/KPI reporting, exception resolution, and aged-balance reduction. Provides team leadership through work allocation, coaching, quality reviews, and performance management while partnering with Transportation, AP, Corporate Accounting, IT, and Master Data to drive process improvements and automation.

Design and deploy advanced analytical models and dashboards (Power BI, Celonis) to generate supply-chain insights. Analyze large datasets, define KPIs, partner cross-functionally to build data foundations (SQL, Snowflake, HANA VDMs), lead process mapping and automation initiatives, and drive measurable operational improvements.
