Manage global product master data using governance standards, workflow tools, mass updates, validation, data cleansing, controls, KPI tracking, and SOP maintenance. Investigate and resolve low- to medium-complexity data issues, support system implementations with ITS, and drive continuous improvement and global standardization. The role requires advanced Excel and SAP skills, product hierarchy experience, and strong knowledge of master data quality practices.

Drives global supplier governance and performance management for real estate and facilities services. Manages KPI scorecards, business reviews, action plans, escalations, contract obligations, financial tracking, savings, risks, and service improvements. Analyzes data and prepares executive-ready reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Partners with suppliers, Procurement, Finance, and global stakeholders on migrations, contract lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment.

Supports management reporting, risk and controls assessments, remediation tracking, audit issue management, and governance activities for finance transformations and ERP initiatives. The role develops dashboards and presentations, analyzes information, collaborates with global stakeholders, and assists with process improvement, risk mitigation, and control documentation.
