Manages EDI, XML, IDoc, OFTP2, AS2, and SFTP scenarios; collaborates with stakeholders and external partners; monitors and troubleshoots integrations; manages secure, scalable APIs; and supports documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
