Manage 4–8 KodeKloud courses from kickoff through launch. Coordinate instructors, designers, editors, Labs, Product, Marketing, and Support; maintain ClickUp schedules; allocate production work; perform content QA; manage launch checklists, LMS and Vimeo publishing, learner defect triage, reporting, and cross-team handoffs. Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate course issues while ensuring timely, high-quality releases.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, roadmap, segmentation, automation, and multi-channel campaigns across onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, and upsell. Partner with acquisition, retention, product, and product marketing teams; manage lifecycle platforms; run experiments; coordinate campaign delivery; and use cohort data, dashboards, and insights to improve activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Build and operate the company’s global IT function, including Google Workspace, identity and access management, endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, SaaS governance, IT support, automation, vendor management, and technical SOC 2/GDPR compliance. Ensure secure onboarding and offboarding, manage devices and access across countries, run audits and security awareness programs, and establish scalable IT processes as the organization grows.
