Manages corporate employee banking relationships, grows deposits, cross-sells mutual funds and insurance, generates fee income, oversees branch service and administration, ensures regulatory compliance, improves team productivity, and drives customer satisfaction, retention, and branch profitability across mapped branches.

Acquire and manage high-value business banking and Current Account customers. Drive new customer acquisition, family banking relationships, cross-selling of insurance and investment products, and adoption of business banking services including CMS, POS, and Beat. Coordinate with credit, legal, operations, and product teams to support onboarding and servicing while maintaining long-term customer relationships and achieving branch-level sales objectives.

Source and grow working-capital lending business for agri-related and MSME customers, including food processing and manufacturing firms. Generate leads, convert new cases, maintain disbursement pipelines, and manage relationships with financial consultants, CAs, branches, and other partners. Analyze balance sheets, coordinate with credit, legal, treasury, and operations teams, resolve customer needs, and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up. The role is 80% field-based and requires strong networking, negotiation, communication, and local-language skills.
