Ensures timely material delivery for production plants, coordinates with production planning and logistics partners, supports localization of imported parts, and develops suppliers and sources for mechanical seal components.

Leads end-to-end business process mapping, requirements gathering, BRD and functional specification development, digital solution alignment, UAT, change management, user training, and post-implementation process improvement. The role collaborates with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities across sales and aftermarket operations, while exploring AI, machine learning, and analytics applications.
