Investigate alerts and incidents, perform structured fault isolation, execute approved remote remediation, validate recovery, document incidents in ITSM systems, manage SLAs and escalations, and communicate with resolver teams. Identify recurring issues, maintain operational ownership through resolution or transfer, and provide feedback on runbooks and knowledge articles.
