Designs, develops, and maintains ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, scripts, UI components, and platform configurations. The role includes configuring modules, supporting upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, documenting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and architects, participating in Agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior developers. Required expertise includes JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow security and data models, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, source control, and CI/CD practices.

Develop and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, scripts, portals, and UI components. Configure platform modules, support upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, security architecture, Agile ceremonies, documentation, and code reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and administrators while mentoring junior developers. The role requires strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise, integration experience, ITIL knowledge, source control, and CI/CD practices.
