Centrally monitor and improve the Catalyst skill-education program across 20+ Indian states. Responsibilities include designing monitoring frameworks, indicators, data-collection tools and dashboards; coordinating State PMUs; maintaining data repositories; analyzing outcomes; leading review meetings; engaging government and external stakeholders; and developing scalable MEL mechanisms with cross-functional teams.

Lead the design and scaling of teacher training, training-of-trainers, instructional materials, and classroom assessment across multiple Indian states. Build reusable, adaptable learning packages; set quality standards; support state education institutions; use technology and AI to reduce manual effort; manage external partners, budgets, timelines, and a small multidisciplinary team. The role requires frequent collaboration with government systems and travel to stay connected to schools.

Drive the Catalyst program’s strategic outcomes across 20+ Indian states. Responsibilities include developing knowledge products, SOPs, concept notes, presentations, and best-practice documentation; supporting State PMU teams; monitoring implementation through central trackers; advising government officials; facilitating meetings; and conducting state visits. The role requires government-project experience, strong writing and visual storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication with senior bureaucrats.
