Manage customer and agency-partner relationships across APAC, serving as the primary Mandarin- and English-speaking contact. Drive platform adoption, revenue activation, retention, and satisfaction through regular check-ins, issue resolution, affiliate matching, and customer advocacy. Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and publisher development teams, identify upsell opportunities, monitor customer health, and provide platform and industry guidance.
