Manage the full expert lifecycle for a global network of linguists and AI data specialists: source, vet, test, onboard, and maintain the expert database. Run sourcing campaigns, design assessments, coordinate with Production/Revenue, analyze pipeline gaps, streamline processes, and train junior team members to ensure high-quality, multilingual and multimodal talent availability.

Act as a technical SME to design localized evaluation scenarios, adapt rubrics, and review AI and human outputs for accuracy, cultural fit, and operational realism. Verify and refactor code in sandboxed environments and contribute gold-standard solutions grounded in domain workflows.
