Build and improve production-oriented enterprise AI solutions using prompts, LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, APIs, governed data, and evaluation frameworks. Integrate systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Snowflake, and AWS using n8n, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Apply context engineering, observability, security, privacy, testing, and reliability controls while partnering with business, product, data, security, and engineering stakeholders.

Manage SaaS contract renewals by preparing quotes, tracking accounts and forecasts, negotiating terms, securing purchase orders and signatures, and coordinating with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal. Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, support growth deals, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and achieve retention and renewal targets through proactive customer engagement.

The Senior Solutions Architect advises Professional Services teams on complex Edwin AI implementations, including customer discovery, solution design, integrations, estimates, statements of work, deployment oversight, troubleshooting, and technical escalations. The role defines delivery best practices, mentors regional teams, ensures consistent global delivery, collaborates with product and project teams, contributes customer feedback to the product roadmap, and supports professional services package development. Travel of up to 25% is required.
