The role partners with Customer Success Managers, account owners, executives, technical support, and other teams while supporting customers through automation and individual engagements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Revenue Operations initiatives across Salesforce and GTM tech. Manage project governance, stakeholder alignment, requirements, UAT, executive reporting, integrations, automation, and change management to drive adoption and scalable GTM processes.

Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle for renewals and new business: pipeline oversight, deal structuring, pricing approvals, CPQ quoting, contract execution (DocuSign), customer onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, risk identification, and operational projects to drive revenue growth and retention.
