The Senior Solutions Architect advises Professional Services teams on complex Edwin AI implementations, including customer discovery, solution design, integrations, estimates, statements of work, deployment oversight, troubleshooting, and technical escalations. The role defines delivery best practices, mentors regional teams, ensures consistent global delivery, collaborates with product and project teams, contributes customer feedback to the product roadmap, and supports professional services package development. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Supports SaaS customer provisioning, including account setup, product activation, trials, contract updates, portal changes, and deactivations. Validates requests against Salesforce, contracts, entitlements, approvals, and policies; coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers; follows SOPs; supports audits, SLA tracking, reporting, and documentation; and identifies automation and AI-assisted process improvement opportunities.

Lead customer-facing LogicMonitor implementation projects from kickoff to completion. Manage schedules, scope, risks, and communication; coordinate cross-functional teams; maintain project plans and artifacts; facilitate status meetings; build customer relationships; provide recommendations and contribute to process improvements.
