Maintain and scale LogicMonitor’s sales demo environments for proofs of concept, webinars, trials, and customer demonstrations. Support infrastructure configuration, deployment pipelines, GitOps updates, monitoring, alerting, security, access management, vulnerability remediation, incident response, performance optimization, and resource planning. Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams, while documenting procedures, creating runbooks, and improving automation and operational reliability.

Own Salesforce administration and the Revenue Operations technology stack while improving processes, data quality, reporting, vendor management, user adoption, and AI-enabled automation. Build dashboards and analyze pipeline, forecasting, renewals, and revenue performance. Lead cross-functional RevOps projects, manage implementations and integrations, document requirements and processes, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, IT, and Procurement to drive scalable revenue growth.

Lead customer onboarding and optimization for LogicMonitor’s internet performance monitoring platform. Analyze digital services, investigate bottlenecks across DNS, CDNs, networks, applications, and browsers, and configure synthetic tests. Present actionable performance recommendations, advise customers, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success, and mentor internal team members while improving delivery quality and workflows.
