Deliver live instructor-led and virtual product training and hands-on labs for customers, partners, and employees. Create and maintain technical training materials, developer labs, scripts and demos. Mentor partner delivery teams, support certification readiness, and use learner feedback and AI tools to improve course effectiveness. Travel 25–50% for training and workshops.

This role involves leading finance systems architecture, focusing on Salesforce Billing, mentoring teams, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance finance processes.

Lead and coordinate Salesforce release and deployment activities using Flosum across dev, sandbox, UAT, and production. Manage release planning, validation, sandbox refreshes, regression/smoke testing coordination, defect triage, documentation, compliance, and cross-team communication. Troubleshoot deployments, drive root-cause analysis, and apply AI-enabled tools and automation to improve release quality and efficiency.
