Manage and improve GTM reporting and dashboards (Excel, Looker Studio), ensure data quality with Snowflake and Data teams, run ad hoc Salesforce analyses, prepare forecasting and leadership data extracts, document metrics and processes, and automate recurring reports to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and models using Python and SQL. Improve data architectures (Kafka, warehouses, ODS), optimize SQL performance, perform data cleaning and analysis, select data sources, and collaborate with partners to support cloud-based analytics (Snowflake, AWS SageMaker) and workflow tools like Airflow.

Lead cross-functional backend projects, provide technical leadership to product teams, deliver performant and maintainable features, build third-party data integrations, implement automated and manual testing, create reusable libraries and frameworks, and mentor team members to improve engineering practices.
