Manage and improve GTM reporting and dashboards (Excel, Looker Studio), ensure data quality with Snowflake and Data teams, run ad hoc Salesforce analyses, prepare forecasting and leadership data extracts, document metrics and processes, and automate recurring reports to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and models using Python and SQL. Improve data architectures (Kafka, warehouses, ODS), optimize SQL performance, perform data cleaning and analysis, select data sources, and collaborate with partners to support cloud-based analytics (Snowflake, AWS SageMaker) and workflow tools like Airflow.

Provide Tier II technical support for software and hardware issues, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, maintain ticket records and knowledge base, train end users, collaborate with product teams, perform testing and analysis, consult clients on best practices, and escalate or document issues to improve product functionality and support outcomes.
