Manage and administer internal HR and collaboration systems across the employee lifecycle. Perform audits, provisioning/deprovisioning, support implementations, coordinate scheduling, troubleshoot applications, and ensure compliance with access controls and documentation.

Lead cross-functional backend projects, provide technical leadership to product teams, deliver performant and maintainable features, build third-party data integrations, implement automated and manual testing, create reusable libraries and frameworks, and mentor team members to improve engineering practices.

Manage and improve GTM reporting and dashboards (Excel, Looker Studio), ensure data quality with Snowflake and Data teams, run ad hoc Salesforce analyses, prepare forecasting and leadership data extracts, document metrics and processes, and automate recurring reports to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
