Owns platform-level quality strategy for a Reporting/BI domain across multiple scrum teams. Responsibilities include SQL and PL/SQL validation architecture, financial report accuracy, performance benchmarking, API and automation frameworks, security testing, AI-augmented testing, release governance, defect resolution, quality standards, and mentoring senior QA engineers. The role also partners with engineering, product, DevOps, and enterprise clients to drive quality outcomes and delivery decisions.

Lead database administration for Oracle (19c+) with MS SQL and PostgreSQL support. Design/maintain infrastructure, DR and backup strategies (RMAN), implement security/compliance controls, automate tasks, tune performance, mentor junior DBAs, and provide 24/7 on-call support using monitoring tools like SolarWinds and DataDog.
