Designs, develops, optimizes, and supports enterprise Oracle and PostgreSQL database solutions. Responsibilities include SQL and PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, Linux Shell scripting, database migrations, deployments, troubleshooting, data validation, and automation. Collaborates with application, QA, infrastructure, migration, and support teams across development, testing, and production environments.

Develop PRASE scripts from specifications, partnering with business analysts and customers to understand requirements. Perform SQL-based data analysis, unit testing, documentation, effort estimation, and application configuration. Apply business logic to meet customer objectives, with insurance policy administration experience preferred. The role requires a mathematics-related degree and 5–10 years of software development experience, ideally supporting life, health, or annuity insurance products and production support projects.

Leads business analysis for North American life and annuity insurance products. Translates product roadmaps into end-to-end user acceptance journeys, requirements, and test cases; leads requirements gathering for claims modules; supports UAT, defect triage, quality improvement, production issue resolution, project planning, and product demonstrations. Collaborates with product, testing, implementation, and customer teams while applying extensive life insurance and insurance technology expertise.
