Responsible for black-box testing and verification of MaxScale across many configurations, managing packaging and quarterly releases, maintaining automated build infrastructure, troubleshooting builds, reproducing customer issues, and contributing test cases or fixes. Works closely with support, development, and release teams.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, expansion and value from MariaDB solutions. Onboard customers, run business reviews, act as escalation contact, collaborate with sales and technical teams, measure customer health, and deliver ROI analyses to meet net retention goals.
