Manage day-to-day accounting operations including financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audits, balance sheet reconciliation, tax compliance, working capital and cash control, and lead the accounting team to ensure accurate P&L and timely financial information for management.

Manage guest check-ins/check-outs, verify identity and payments, assign rooms and issue keys, handle billing and cashiering, compile daily reports, respond to guest requests, coordinate with staff, assist in training and supervising front desk employees, and maintain safety and company standards.

Prepare and portion ingredients, cook and test food to recipes and quality/presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, maintain workstation cleanliness and food safety, monitor temperatures, perform physical kitchen tasks, and support team as directed.

Greet and assist guests throughout their stay, process check-ins and check-outs, handle guest requests and operational tasks, complete reports, share local recommendations, maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance, and perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 10 lbs).
