Manages hotel sales opportunities, develops relationships with new and existing customers, coordinates sales channels, prepares proposals and contracts, closes business, and supports event turnover. Analyzes market trends and customer needs to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening account loyalty.

Prepare and cook ingredients per recipes and quality standards; portion, chop, weigh, mix, and test foods; operate kitchen equipment; prepare cold foods; maintain workstation cleanliness and food safety; follow company safety procedures; lift up to 25 pounds and work full shifts; support team and perform other duties as assigned.

Lead and support day-to-day sales activities to generate and close business, build long-term customer relationships, coordinate with sales channels and stakeholders, prepare proposals and contracts, hand off events to operations, and meet personal and location revenue goals while delivering exceptional guest service.

Manage event logistics from pre-event through post-event, coordinate with sales and property teams, ensure billing accuracy, oversee group room blocks and on-site customer service, lead pre/post-event meetings, up-sell services, and handle guest issues to deliver exceptional events.

Prepare and portion ingredients, cook and plate foods per recipes and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, maintain cleanliness and food safety, follow company policies, and support team operations.
