Prepare and cook food (including cold foods and special meals) to recipes and presentation standards, monitor quality/temperature/portions, maintain food logs, inform chef/service staff of specials/out-of-stock items, assist management with training and staffing, follow safety and appearance standards, and perform routine kitchen tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Oversee and perform hotel maintenance: install, maintain, and inspect equipment; perform preventative maintenance and safety checks (fire pump, generator, sprinklers); manage inventory and parts ordering; respond to guest repair requests; hire/train/supervise maintenance staff; enforce safety policies and improve operational efficiency.

Assist the Front Office Manager by supervising front desk, bell/door, switchboard, and guest services staff. Manage daily operations, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, resolve guest complaints, implement policies, coach employees, and support departmental goals to maximize guest satisfaction and departmental financial performance.
