Provide technical support to North American clients via email, chat, and phone; troubleshoot product issues; manage and resolve support tickets per SLAs; document interactions in Salesforce; escalate complex issues to Product and Engineering and suggest process improvements to enhance client experience.

Lead global operations for assigned creative types and industries: drive process improvements, own strategic projects and change management, troubleshoot complex client issues, maintain master product catalog and systems knowledge, analyze data to recommend optimizations, and partner cross-functionally to scale quality and efficiency.
