Provide L2 technical support for a multi-tenant AI-powered SaaS platform: diagnose and resolve complex backend, API, data, UI and AI issues; analyze logs and traces; script automation; own tickets end-to-end; build runbooks and knowledge; collaborate with Engineering, Product, QE, and DevOps to remediate systemic issues and improve reliability.

Lead customer advocacy, voice-of-customer, lifecycle, retention, and communications to build a data-driven proof engine that drives adoption, retention, expansion, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally to capture outcomes, grow references and stories, run VoC programs, and operationalize customer communications and in-product engagement.
