Manage controls, prepare for audits, track remediation, triage vulnerabilities, liaise with engineering, and build Python-based automation and AI-assisted workflows to collect evidence, surface gaps, and report compliance status.

Lead customer advocacy, voice-of-customer, lifecycle, retention, and communications to build a data-driven proof engine that drives adoption, retention, expansion, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally to capture outcomes, grow references and stories, run VoC programs, and operationalize customer communications and in-product engagement.
