Lead strategic customer deployments, adoption, value realization, and expansion for Mindtickle’s AI-powered SaaS platform. Serve as a product strategist and trusted advisor, translating customer goals into scalable solutions, workflows, and adoption plans. Demonstrate AI capabilities, guide enterprise integrations and change management, influence product roadmap decisions, and build executive relationships. Use adoption data and business outcomes to improve retention, identify expansion opportunities, and operationalize AI-enabled customer processes.

Lead product design for Mindtickle’s B2B SaaS content platform. Define strategy and user experiences for AI content creation, governance, analytics, and sharing workflows. Conduct research, analyze data, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and establish scalable design patterns. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams while mentoring junior designers and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Own end-to-end product design for AI-powered seller experiences, from research and problem framing through prototyping, high-fidelity design, launch, and iteration. Partner with product, engineering, UX research, and content design teams to create trusted AI-native workflows, support multiple user roles, contribute to design systems, and measure product impact. The role requires strong interaction and visual design skills, systems thinking, B2B SaaS experience, and a portfolio demonstrating design rationale.
