Own a portfolio of NAMER SaaS accounts, driving renewals, revenue retention, and expansion. Build account plans, whitespace maps, and self-sourced expansion pipelines; manage forecasts and CRM accuracy; navigate complex stakeholder relationships, escalations, and executive business cases; and partner cross-functionally to protect and grow accounts. The role carries a quota of at least $500K and includes uncapped commissions.

Lead end-to-end instructional design projects: conduct needs analysis, storyboard and script learning modules, develop eLearning assets using authoring tools, manage SMEs and clients, ensure quality reviews, deliver scalable learning solutions (SCORM, video, job aids) and support LMS deployment and engagement.

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead enterprise implementations, ensuring scalable and secure solutions while mentoring others and managing technical delivery and customer partnerships.
