Engagement Moderators monitor social media feeds, respond to public inquiries, apply moderation guidelines, manage online communities, identify trends, and escalate potential security or safety concerns. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, empathy, confidentiality, and comfort using multiple social media platforms and moderation tools in a remote environment.

Moderate and engage with German-speaking sports fans during live NFL, NBA, and other sporting events. Respond to comments and questions, maintain positive communities, enforce content policies, escalate issues, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams. Requires native-level German, strong writing skills, current knowledge of American football and basketball, social moderation or community experience, reliable equipment and internet, and weekend/evening availability.

Monitor and moderate social media feeds, respond to inquiries, escalate security issues, and adhere to evolving workflows and rules.

Provide customer support in Korean and English, assist with technical issues, and ensure positive user experiences via messaging.

Provide Tier 1 and advanced technical support for a developer platform focused on game development and QA. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze technical data, use CRM (Salesforce) for case management, and moderate or evaluate digital game assets. Requires high attention to detail, gaming knowledge, and adherence to QA/testing processes.
