Moderate live digital engagement during NBA games, interact with fans in real time, respond to comments and questions, and maintain positive online communities. Escalate abusive or policy-violating content, adapt communications to game situations and community guidelines, collaborate with internal teams, and remain accurate and responsive during high-volume events. The role requires strong English writing, substantial NBA knowledge, flexible evening and weekend availability, and a dedicated computer with reliable internet.

Monitor and moderate social media feeds, respond to inquiries, escalate security issues, and adhere to evolving workflows and rules.

Provide Tier 1 and advanced technical support for a developer platform focused on game development and QA. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze technical data, use CRM (Salesforce) for case management, and moderate or evaluate digital game assets. Requires high attention to detail, gaming knowledge, and adherence to QA/testing processes.
