Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors while identifying process gaps and driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Monitor payroll legislation and taxation changes.

Prepare forecasts, analyze trends across manufacturing, sales, and finance; reconcile internal accounts; identify competitive trends; present findings to senior management; manage complex projects and financial analyses.

Lead and oversee a major operations segment, manage teams and budgets, design and implement operational policies, improve processes and efficiencies, ensure compliance, and meet departmental milestones within approved budgets.

Design, build, and maintain high-traffic SaaS systems across a PHP backend, Lucee-rendered pages, and React/TypeScript frontends. Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, drive modernization, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architecture, quality, and security practices.

Lead a scrum team to deliver full‑lifecycle web applications across backend, frontend, and data layers. Hands‑on development in PHP, Lucee, and React; enforce architecture standards, testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and mentor engineers while coordinating with product and stakeholders.
