Designs and maintains cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code, builds CI/CD pipelines, and improves reliability, scalability, security, and deployment workflows. Manages monitoring, alerting, logging, automation, incident response, and infrastructure troubleshooting across AWS and Azure environments. Collaborates with engineering teams, establishes DevOps tooling standards, and contributes to operational playbooks. Requires strong experience with Terraform, Linux, containers, Kubernetes, scripting, observability, and cloud security practices.

Manage end-to-end monthly India payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, statutory compliance, and effective resolution of employee payroll and tax queries. Maintain reconciliations, audit schedules, compliance documentation, and support payroll accounting, variance reviews, and month-end reporting. Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors while identifying process gaps and driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Monitor payroll legislation and taxation changes.

Prepare forecasts, analyze trends across manufacturing, sales, and finance; reconcile internal accounts; identify competitive trends; present findings to senior management; manage complex projects and financial analyses.
