Supports application deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production reliability across application, server, database, and network layers. Acts as a technical contact for clients and internal teams, manages support cases, analyzes logs, performs testing, writes basic scripts, and automates repetitive tasks. Maintains documentation, follows change management procedures, collaborates with engineering and infrastructure teams, and participates in rotational on-call support.

Designs and maintains cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code, builds CI/CD pipelines, and improves reliability, scalability, security, monitoring, and deployment workflows. Troubleshoots infrastructure incidents, drives automation, manages observability tools, and contributes to DevOps standards and operational playbooks across cloud environments.

Prepare forecasts, analyze trends across manufacturing, sales, and finance; reconcile internal accounts; identify competitive trends; present findings to senior management; manage complex projects and financial analyses.
