Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for Accounts Payable processes across European BU(s). Ensure SOP and legal compliance (VAT, payment term laws), handle AP exceptions and queries, liaise with service providers and stakeholders, monitor KPI/SLA, drive continuous improvement, maintain process documentation and train others.

Lead design, implementation, operation, and optimization of enterprise CyberArk PAM platforms. Integrate CyberArk with infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud and CI/CD pipelines; develop custom CPM plugins and PSM connectors; drive automation, high availability, compliance, incident remediation, and mentoring of junior engineers while supporting audits and stakeholder communication.

Develop and maintain statistical and ML forecasting models for SKU-level demand using Python/PySpark and Databricks; analyze model performance (MAPE/bias), post-process outputs, collaborate with demand planners for explainability, produce dashboards and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting and data models.
