Partner with engineering, design, customers, and stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements and customer needs into product requirements. Drive launches, manage tradeoffs, align teams, analyze product metrics, and improve customer experiences while reducing operational risk.

Build and maintain Motive’s Quote-to-Cash engineering stack across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, Vertex, and integrations. Configure Salesforce with Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL; develop SOAP/REST integrations; monitor reliability; and support billing, revenue recognition, SOX controls, and order automation. Partner with product, QA, and business teams in an Agile environment while evaluating Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-assisted capabilities.
