Build and operate production software and AI systems across cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing APIs and services, operating RAG and inference platforms, implementing CI/CD and observability, managing AWS or GCP environments with Kubernetes and Terraform, optimizing model serving and GPU usage, controlling cloud and AI costs, and partnering with stakeholders on reliability, security, governance, and technical tradeoffs.

Build and maintain Motive’s Quote-to-Cash engineering stack across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, Vertex, and integrations. Configure Salesforce with Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL; develop SOAP/REST integrations; monitor reliability; and support billing, revenue recognition, SOX controls, and order automation. Partner with product, QA, and business teams in an Agile environment while evaluating Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-assisted capabilities.

The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst owns recruiting dashboards, reports, data analysis, data governance, and cross-functional process and systems improvement projects. The role translates stakeholder needs into reporting and workflow enhancements, uses AI to automate recruiting insights and processes, analyzes funnel and pipeline performance, and presents recommendations to recruiting leaders. Responsibilities include maintaining data quality, managing projects independently, and improving operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
