Extracts, analyzes, validates, and abstracts clinical data from EHR/EMR systems for registries, reporting, and quality improvement programs. Reviews pathology, radiology, and treatment reports; maintains high accuracy and inter-rater reliability; protects patient confidentiality under HIPAA; prepares reports; and supports quality assurance activities. Requires advanced medical terminology knowledge, clinical data expertise, attention to detail, and independent work capabilities.

Performs accurate healthcare data entry, validation, database maintenance, and compliance checks to preserve data integrity. The role supports process improvement, productivity targets, and operational efficiency while working across shifts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include analyzing and refining data processes, meeting accuracy standards, collaborating with team members, and staying current with healthcare requirements and organizational policies.

Supervise a frontline healthcare BPO team of 10–20 associates, manage schedules and attendance, monitor KPIs, coach employees, resolve escalations, coordinate training, ensure HIPAA and process compliance, prepare performance reports, and implement workflow improvements to increase productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
