Serve as subject-matter expert in clinical data abstraction for assigned sites/registries. Perform and audit abstraction, mentor and train new hires, ensure abstraction accuracy and regulatory compliance (HIPAA), collaborate with clinical leads and external partners, contribute to abstraction guidelines and process improvements, and manage multiple accounts while protecting PHI.

The Senior Analyst for Clinical Data Abstraction will extract, validate, and analyze clinical data while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining data accuracy.

The Senior Analyst will abstract medical data from EHR/EMR systems, analyze medical information, and support quality assurance processes while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
