Provide DeltaV control-system engineering and support for pharmaceutical manufacturing: implement DeltaV batch automation change-controls, develop/modify DeltaV code, support system upgrades, troubleshoot, perform system administration, ensure GMP/CSV compliance, integrate Digital Shopfloor technologies (MES, OSI PI), and collaborate with site and automation product teams to drive process and compliance improvements.

Lead analytical standards and change control activities to ensure cGMP and compendial compliance across new and in-line pharmaceutical products. Coordinate stakeholders across Regulatory, Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations, perform document review and approvals, resolve cross-unit change control priorities, and support continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Lead strategic forecasting for one or multiple therapy areas using statistical and strategic techniques (Monte Carlo, agent-based modeling, NLP, clustering). Drive forecast delivery, automation, and continuous improvement; collaborate with Finance, Research, Country teams and senior leadership; manage resources, select optimal forecasting methods, and communicate actionable insights to support decision making.
