Develops and executes marketing strategies for a ruminant product portfolio, including brand planning, promotional campaigns, budgets, forecasting, pricing, lifecycle management, KOL engagement, trade events, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports livestock monitoring and identification business objectives while aligning local activities with global and regional strategies.

Owns the vision, roadmap, design, delivery, governance, and adoption of enterprise data products across Digital Human Health. Partners with business, analytics, engineering, architecture, and technology teams to create scalable, reusable, governed, and AI-ready data assets. Defines requirements, data models, metadata standards, quality controls, success metrics, and adoption strategies supporting content, campaigns, customer engagement, analytics, and GenAI use cases.

Leads data science teams supporting commercial healthcare analytics, translating business needs into analytical problems and production-grade ML and GenAI solutions. Responsibilities include defining technical requirements, developing models, applying GenAI, managing end-to-end projects, collaborating with stakeholders, presenting insights to executives, mentoring data scientists, and building expertise in oncology analytics, patient-level data, HCP analytics, and segmentation.
