Leads pharmaceutical strategic forecasting across product lifecycles, developing quantitative and strategic forecasts using advanced analytics. Responsibilities include improving forecast accuracy, modeling uncertainty and opportunities, automating forecasting processes, collaborating with finance, research, commercial, and senior leadership stakeholders, managing delivery teams, and developing talent. The role requires expertise in Monte Carlo simulations, range forecasting, agent-based and dynamic transmission models, pharmaceutical development, and commercial functions.

Perform incoming material receipt, documentation review, and release under cGMP/GxP requirements. Maintain quality records and data integrity using Veeva, SAP, GLIMS, LIMS, and electronic QMS platforms. Support investigations, CAPA, audits, inspection readiness, PQRs, supplier collaboration, and process improvements. Apply automation and AI tools to improve quality operations while mentoring junior colleagues and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Leads global pharmaceutical process technology projects at external manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include product qualification, technology transfer, process improvement, validation, lifecycle management, change control, CMO technical assessments, quality investigations, and troubleshooting. The role coordinates with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, R&D, and supplier management teams, supports continuous improvement and knowledge transfer, and may lead complex assignments. Requires extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulated CMO experience, GMP knowledge, technical leadership, and travel up to 40%.
